We are happy to help you find available apartments at «The Sweet», or at one of our other locations in Oslo.
Our houserules
We have a number of guidelines to help our guests enjoy their stay, and we hope you will help us abiding them:
- All of our apartments are non-smoking
- Leave your pets at home
- No parties, please
- For security reasons, everyone staying at our apartments must be registered with us
- You must be aged 23 or over to make a booking and stay at one of our apartments
- Please keep quiet between the hours of 22:00 and 08:00

We have mobile reception, and can meet you at the adress you are staying and hand over the keys.
Please call us no later than 1 hour before your arrival, to arrange time for check-in.

Cancellation rules and fees
Our cancellation policy and fees depend on length of you stay.
DURATION OF STAY
1-6 days

To avoid charges cancellation must take place before 4 pm the day before arrival, or during the stay.
For cancellations later than this, our guests will be charged a fee equal to the price of up to 3 nights stay.
DURATION OF STAY
7-29 days
To avoid charges cancellation must take place at least 7 days before arrival, or during the stay.
For cancellations later than this, our guests will be charged a fee equal to the price of a 7 nights stay.
DURATION OF STAY
30-89 days
To avoid charges cancellation must take place at least 14 days before arrival, or during the stay.
For cancellations later than this, our guests will be charged a fee equal to the price of a 14 nights stay.
DURATION OF STAY
90 + days
To avoid charges cancellation must take place 30 days ahead of arrival date, or during the stay.
For cancellations later than this, our guests will be charged a fee equal to the price of a 30 nights stay.
RULES FOR
Group bookings
Separate rules apply for group bookings, depending on the extent of the reservation. Separate rules also apply for reservations that have been prepaid or booked via a third party.
